They look to be ws2812b's.
ws2812b's are a very common 3 wire led strip. I would bet on that's them.
When testing with the 10 LED strip, are you using a short wires from the Pi to the LED's, correct?

Try a negative value for the "1st LED offset". Just add a " - " symbol to the value. That is usually the cause of mirrored colors.

I can see how without power, that a data signal could propagate past the first led.
In one setup I just switch off the power to the LED's. I think this is the simplest to implement.
In another, I have a elaborate setup with Home...
If your sure you are uploading the correct file, and restarting Hyperion after. Then logically a positive value Must change it.

The picture from Hypercon's "LED count" you posted, does it accurately represent the LED layout on the TV? as looking...
You may need to use a negative value in Hypercon's "1st LED offset" (on the hardware tab).
Just add a "-" to the current value.
