    Hi there,

last year I used a Rpi2 as a HTPC with direct ambilight control, which works great.
This year I switched to a x64 HTPC with Windows 10 and temporary I'm using an Arduino with hard-coded settings, so my LEDs are constant.
But my wish is to control them via an Android App (color, brightness, etc).

So is there a solution, to connect the LEDs to my Windows System (direct or via Arduino), and control it with an external App? Screengrabber is not necessary as I need only a configurable fixed color of the LEDs.

    Thanks for your help :)

Why not use the Rpi 2 for hyperion as you are used to?
You can send screen data with HyperScreenCap so you would have back real ambient light (if you want)

Also you can still use the Android App for Hyperion
