I have used on my Nvidia Shield the ANDROID SCREEN GRABBER and with tvOS 10 is it possible, to use the official ReplayKit to record the screen like the way on the androids on a AppleTV?

I think would be possible to develop a app but I Bet apps like Netflix or smth like that will not show the screen when recording

Sure, but apps like Plex or the most of the games not... it would be very nice to bring this things together...

Also broadcasting ist ja aktuell ein großes Thema dank Twitch und Co.
Eine einfache Lösung wäre es, das Bild zum Beispiel an den Raspberry zu streamen und dort als alternative zum Grabber Bild zu verarbeiten.
Bei mir scheitert es nämlich an der Bildanalyse, dafür kann ich leider zu schlecht programmieren.
Wäre das eine Variante?

ich kenne mich mit ReplayKit nicht wirklich aus. Aber als erstes würde ich an deiner Stelle checken, wie groß die Latenz zwischen Bildschirminhalt und dem Stream auf einem Notebook o.Ä. ist. Nicht, dass dir das nachher einen Strich durch die Rechnung macht obwohl alles andere läuft.
Dann ist der herkömmliche HDMI -> USB Grabber evtl. die einfachere Variante. Wenn auch nicht so schön und mit einem zusätzlichen Gerät verbunden. :-/
Für webOS, welches auf Fernsehern ohne HDMI-out läuft geht das natürlich nicht.
