USB3 Grabber?

Hi all,
i'm currently using https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B08GR1LWT2?tag=hyperioforum-21&ie=UTF8&psc=1&fpw=alm which works nicely and i was wondering: would a USB3 grabber with internal hardware acceleration be a boost in performance (for lower latency)? Which device would be recommended?
