Led flashing

Hi, I have a raspberry pi 4 4GB with raspbian. The LEDs are directly connected to the gpio. These LEDs are connected to the gpio 18. All the configuration works well; The LEDs turn on, but the problem is:
The LEDs are flashing instead of being static.
