hyperion 9

have an issue using raspberry pi 3.A using a hdmi splitter and av to usb i install raspberry pi lite then i install hyperion software v9 when i out it on t.v it always crashes it works but then will freeze after mins making leds stay on what ever pattern they freeze on then it stops me from logging into hyperion i have to fully reboot the raspberry pi fot it to work then i get same again have tryed reinstalling 2 or 3 times now still no good
