No matter what I try, LEDs don't light up...ideas?

  • The same thing happened not too long ago. I installed four recessed lights and a switch. When I tried to get them to light up, they just wouldn't. I have verified with an electrical tester that there is electricity in the hot wire at all four fixtures and that the switch is wired correctly. My first thought is that polarity was reversed, but that's not the case. The recessed lights (same model) attached to the other 2 switches in the same box are working just fine. I got annoyed and just went to buy new LED flood lights.

  • That is strange. However, it is important to be attentive when it comes to lighting and electricity. Each little factor and small wrong cable can spoil all devices. So I suggest you consult with the specialist or call the hotline

They should listen to your problem and offer a solution or compensation. However, sometimes even that is useless if the product is not worth it. I once bought a flashlight that refused to work on the second day of use. When I called the company, they sent me another new flashlight, but that too stopped working the next week. So I bought a better and never had that problem again.
