Stopped working after rolling blackouts

All, Recently we experienced rolling blackouts. Prior to the blackouts, after months of work, my Ambilight setup was working. Then after the blackouts, it seems my software is set up wrong. Settings seemed to have changed. My second instance doesn't even allow me to select the instance to adjust settings. I am running a pi zero for Hyperbian and esp8266 for wled. I am using an HDMI splitter with no amplification to an HDMI to analog converter to RCA to the USB Capture card. Now, as a result of software (I think), I don't even see the visualization in Hyperion web UI. Can anyone help?
