USB capture with Ultrawide support?

Hi everyone. I have my 2812 working with my nodemcu running WLED and everything connected back to my Rpi3 and talking to Hyperion pretty seamlessly

The one question/issue I have is... I am trying to run this on a 21:9 monitor (2560x1080) and the output from my USB capture card is coming out as 16:10 or 4:3. Does anyone know if there is a way to fix this? I understand that Hyperion ignores the hardware ratios as it is based on LEDs, but I was hoping someone had run into this before...
