Multi screen capture doesn't work if display 2 is set as primary display

So my set up, 2 screens, left screen is identified as 1, right screen as 2.

In windows settings, if I set my primary screen to 2 (the right hand screen) Hyperion-Ng sees this as the left screen and fills in a black box:
