Rotate v4l2 camera picture

Hi folks,

due to my ceiling at home i had to place my camera (Logitech c925) upside down in front of my TV. The picture i receive with Hyperion is consequently also upside down. Does anybody got an idea how to rotate the recorded picture?

v4l2-ctl --set-ctrl=rotate=180

didnt work. "unknown control 'rotate'

If there is no sensible way to rotate, maybe there is a unknown function in Hyperion or a clever trick to do so with other Hyperion functions.

Maybe that's the setting you're looking for, but not tried. You can find it under USB capture.

It's german language menu, so look for mirroring or so. You have to change to expert level to see this.

Did you deactivate your instance before changing the parameter? Some parameters work while Hyperion is running, others don't. Turn off your instance and try again.
