Hello !
Im in trouble, looking for a solution (wife moaning behind my back).
I can see, that my GPIO18 not working - probably fried. Didnt manage to run the GPIO test.
Can someone leadme how to connect my strip to another GPIO?
My strip is SK6812RGBW, was working under GPIO18. I did read somewhere about GPIO11 but unable to find the source.
Do I need to change anything in a config file?
All help will be appreciate

Hello and best wishes,
you can try to run on PWM1, from the depths of my brain this is doable without changing the config.txt file.
Put the line in config.txt with terminal just in case,
dtparam=audio=off
I assume you already deployed the PI user is running as root user to activate PWM on the GPIO?

Here is my solution for all Problems with SK6812:
https://github.com/jgarff/rpi_ws281x
My "Problem-fix" was the CPU Freq. at min 500MHz on RPi4....

And use a seperate Power Supply for the RPI oder microUSB/USB-c and connect the Ground and Data over GPIO to the LED
