Doel-IP/ Hostnaam: Can be a DNS hostname or a IPv4 or IPv6 address in your local network
Poort: The port the receiver is listing on for data
Note: If you would like to connect WLED, make use of the WLED device in Hyperion which is available now.
Some "old" instructions referring to UDPRAW, which has many downsides over the WLED device.
