Hi,
here is my setup.
an electric projector screen with a diagonal of 199 cm.
396 WS2812b LEDs are installed, 96 LEDs each on the left and right on one meter, 103 LEDs on the top and bottom on two meters.
The software runs on a Raspberry 3B+ with an Arduino Nano.
The screen can be moved in and out.

Wait, I have a motorized screen as well. Can you seriously put a light strip on the back of the screen and still have it close and open???
Wait, I just went through every video on your YouTube and I'm obsessed! It's way more complicated than I thought and honestly, probably beyond my abilities. However, it's probably the first thing that actually made my jaw drop in a really long time. BRAVO dude. I'm even obsessed with your speaker set up-- why didn't I think of that! (maybe work on cable management just a bit lol)
