Question 1: I have Raspberry Pi 3 Model B (with libreelec + kodi on it) + WS2812B led strips + 5v 10A power suply + all cabling needed.
Is there a guide somewhere here how to get it work together have a nice hyperion ambilight behind my TV ? 
Some statch how to cable everyting together would be very helpfull.
Question 2: Is the power suply enough ?
Question 3: Will it also work on 4k movies ?

How many LEDs in total?
You only want to have hyperion for content watched via LE?
In this case LE9 is your way to have internal grabber. LE10 has no support.
I'd add WLED with Wemos D1 mini to get the signal to the LEDs and to keep it independend from the hyperion instance... So you can easily switch to other platform later
