first of all, kudos to the devs and the comunity!
I think I know the answer but I'm afraid of it 
(I have to use a capture device)
I have an android TV which also supports DolbyVision, using Hyperion Grabber to send the data.
The problem is that it's not interpreted/converted to SDR - it's displayed as if I playback the media on my SDR PC (green and magenta mostly).
Is there a way to remedy this quirk? So hyperion displays the "correct" colours?

Dolby Vision is almost impossible with any system.
LLDV works with a few splitters/grabbers.
DolbyVision is possible with PicCap/Hyperion on LG WebOS TVs or Philips.
Does DRM-protected content DAZN, Netflix, Prime work for you?

Unfortunately, I don't know of any possibility for Sony, I don't think DRM and DolbyVision are possible with them.
DRM goes with external devices and a splitter and USB grabber.
There should be splitters that can use LLDV and the USB grabber then gets a picture.
For LLDV, however, the sources must be able to use LLDV.
