    Bus 001 Device 007: ID 534d:2109 MACROSILICON USB3. 0 capture

is the grabber, so it should also be usable in Hyperion.

Capturing Hardware > USB Capture activate

Now the grabber should be visible and you can make settings.

Under LED Instances > Sources > Enable USB capture

    Is v4l installed?

You can use v4l2-ctl --all to see what your grabber returns, Hyperion works with that too.
