Hi. I've been working on this project for a while and am having trouble with my LED strip
What I'm using:
Raspberry Pi 3 B+
Image Capture Device
SK6812 LED Strip
I have hooked everything up and I can access Hyperion through the raspberrypi:8090 port
I have checked all wiring hardware and even checked everything with an ampimeter and everything is getting power including the LED strip, so I'm guessing it must be a software issue somewhere.
However, when I set things up in Hyperion via the port, everything seems active except for the LED strip. I have configured it and tried using the remote to control the lights, but the lights won't light up at all.
I have googled and found a common issue to be running hyperion as root, but when I try those codes I get a file does not exist error for the root user file.
What am I missing?
