Looking for a splitter that can pass DV/HDR/Atmos/CEC to the tv without comprimises.

and aside from CEC (which it clearly states it does not do) it seemed to tick all the boxes. That is until it came to Atmos. Atmos would only pass the height channels through on some videos (not all), so i was missing all the 5.1 sounds. I explained to issue to the seller but they said there isnt anything that can be done.
I also bought a HD Fury Integral 2 for $120 advertised as used but working, but it showed up and it seems tx0 is broken (hdfury support says it seems like its broken). im not sure this thing is worth it at the $300 msrp. Is HDFury stuff the only way to make this all work?
