Issue with fake MS2130 grabber (AM8352) dropping out constantly, junk?

Recently tried to convert my setup to HDMI grabber instead of platform capture. I'm using an "ezcoo" 4K 60Hz splitter and, what I thought was, a MS2130 USB grabber. At first it seemed like everything worked right away, but soon started getting issues with the capture card dropping and reappearing randomly in the Hyperion sources.

After looking up the VID/PID (1d1:f115) it seems like this is not a MS2130 IC but instead Actions Microelectronics "AM8352" (USB2.0, MJPEG only junk IC from what I can tell). Now I'm wondering if there's any chance of getting this thing to work reliably at all, or if it's just better to get another capture card and not waste any time. Is MS2130 still the go-to or are there better alternatives now?

Thank you, I will not waste any more time on this grabber and try to find a real MS2109 or MS2130 grabber then. I got the most ordered one on Aliexpress (brand "Lemorele") so I thought it would be OK.

I will check the pinned thread for grabber recommendations. Is the "Rullz" style grabbers known to contain real MS2130 ICs? Like this listing on Aliexpress.
