Set default state for "LED Output" and "Capture Screen" on startup?

I'm trying to find a solution to a very nitpicky issue I have with Hyperion.ng setup

First off, my config:

Software: Hyperion.ng v2.1.1 running on x64 Windows 11 PC

LED Hardware: WLED v0.14.1 Hoshi on QuinnLED DigQuad

The issue:

After PC startup and login, the Hyperion software automatically launches and immediately sets the following states: LED Output = On, and Capture Screen = On. Meaning it overrides my WLED flat colour bias backlight settings and immediately begins live capture of my desktop. This means at each PC startup I need to go into Hyperion and disable Capture Screen.

What I want instead is for LED Output = Off, and Capture Screen = Off by default at software startup.

This would allow WLED to continue providing simple flat colour bias lighting by default, even when my PC and Hyperion starts up. Then when I want live screen capture, I can activate it manually (usually via Home Assistant).

I have combed all the settings within Hyperion, and cannot find a way to set specific startup behaviours for these settings. Is there something I could place in my config so that I can force whether Capture Screen and/or LED Output when Hyperion starts up?
