Hi. I'm using hyperion-ng with the Kodi Hyperion Ambilight add-on and it's working great. I'm now trying to do the same for a second (independent) TV with kodi and a 2nd wled instance. This 2nd TV is independent from the first and possibly used in parallel (with different playback). I can, of course, install a second copy of hyperion, but I saw that it supports "instances" and was wondering whether this can be somehow used with the Kodi add-on.
Right now, in the Kodi Hyperion Ambilight add-on, there is no way to specify an identifier which instance this Kodi belongs to. On the Hyperion side, I also do not see how I can distinguish the source. Only option would be IP or priority, but nothing I can see. The proto-port is also global, so can't distinguish via that. Looking at the proto file that the Kodi add-on uses also does not show anything helpful.
So question: can I use two separate Kodi installations (on two different TVs, each with its own WLED controller and LED strip) with a single hyperion service? If yes, how? If no, is this something that could be "easily" added (in which case I may try to do this myself)?
