Just installed Hyperbian and web not starting nor hyperiond

I just installed the latest Hyperbian on a rpi 4b and cannot get to localhost:8090 and when I checked for netstat that port isnt available. The hyperion service also does not appear to be running. I figured the packaged hyperbian would have all that setup and ready according to the wiki. The only thing I can think of is I set special config options in the raspberrypi image burner, would that have messed up anything (set my username and password and wifi options).
