Automatic installation script for LibreELEC and Raspberry Pi (1,2,3,4):
https://hyperion-project.org/t…ziell-unofficially.10463/
very good, works great. it would also be nice to have Kodi Checker implemented in the website in this version
how to uninstall hyperion.ng
systemctl disable hyperion.service --now
rm -R /storage/hyperion
for some reason hyperion.ng freezes libreelec. i can't watch any movie online. returned to normal after uninstallation

Here is an automatic installation script for LibreELEC and Raspberry Pi (1,2,3,4)
Simply log into LibreELEC via SSH and execute this command:
WebUI at:
http://IP.FROM.RPI:8090
or
http://IP.FROM.RPI:8091
P.S.: Source of installation script at GitHub Gist
P.P.S: This script always downloads the latest release from the official Hyperion.ng GitHub site.
perfect thank you.
thanks again for the LE script! Hyperion.NG seems like a HUGE step forward -- i love it!
there is one tiny thing though: with the old hyperion running internal grabber the LEDs would turn off as soon as kodi went in dimming mode (inactivity). With hyperion.ng the LEDs will always stay on, even if kodi is inactive/dimmed.
is there a way to configure such an activity timeout or whatever like with the old hyperion?
cheers
:Edit
Found a workaround. Disabled the background effect/color via web interface. Installed hyperion.control kodi addon. disabled hyperion active in menus. That seems to work. An inactivity timeout option would still be great though
Hi there,
I am currently trying to install hyperion.ng on my Rasp 2 with latest LE 9.2.1 with help of the script above.
But after installation I cannot acces the webUI.
Could you check my mistake please?
