Probably cheaper/easier to get one of these: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/253356842579
It's the same one I use, I just plug my video grabber directly into it.

do they support hdcp 1.4 ? I thought these are HDMI 1.3 and HDCP 1.2, need a device with 1.4 support.

Yeah, I've had 2-3 of these HDMI2AV's and they all supported HDCP 1.4. Most of the splitters I have completely remove HDCP so devices connected to it don't even need to adhere to it.

Yes too bad for us, living in Europe. $US = EUR so the minimum price to pay is 75€ and more.
But this product is perfect as you said
I saw this too be couldn't find a distributor anywhere in Europe unfortunately. However, I did find a store selling the scaler for £46.98, with a discount code it's less than half the price than clearvisionsystems.co.uk.
Edit: I did find them on eBay but they were $89 + $20 shipping and I'd imagine they will be hit by an import tax too.
Edit 2: Apparently, with shipping and import charge they are around £91.

You can always use services like these:
Don't you're tempting me
After reading the reviews it looks like a lot of people are using this for Ambilight projects too.

What solution are you folks using for multiple inputs? Are there any good 4k60 HDR capable 4x1 switches that have a remote? I was only able to find mechanical 4x1 switches without a remote

The only problem I see with these two is that they don't strip HDR they just downscale. These HDMI2AV converters cant handle it, so they will output wrong colors (At least with Dolby Vision, with HDR10 the picture is just brighter).
Just bought the EZCOO 4K HDMI 2.0 Splitter HDR Scaler. Should be here next week. I had to contact the EZCOO support to verify some of the specs but it seems to be the best choice so far.
