solved, sorry. didnt see this thread, crossposting

Would you like me to add this to hyperiond as a debug level message on startup ?
what do you exactly mean? -
-
Danke! think that is very usefull for users! will save this file and share it later or pin it, is this ok for you?
-
Zeig mal ein Foto
-

can you try it without the framegrabber part?
just delete this lines:
"framegrabber" :
{
"width" : 64,
"height" : 64,
"frequency_Hz" : 10.0,
"priority" : 890
}, -
you didnt understand it red, but HeK the idea is very good
-
would be interessting if it is the same if you use spi...how do you play the video? with kodi?
edit: with osmc... saw it to late -

Has the 3.3v been an issue before?
yes, look here https://hyperion-project.org/t…hip-select.279/#post-2480 -
maybe the 3.3v could be a problem, but i dont think the 2amps are doing this problem, because then the first few leds should be in the right color
may the first led-chip has a issue?
-
did you update anything?
-
after the errors it connects?
ssh in: Aug 20 12:49:57 osmc hyperiond[328]: KODICHECK INFO: Kodi Connected
ssh in: Aug 20 12:49:57 osmc hyperiond[328]: KODICHECK INFO: switching to MENU mode -
damn oO do you controll 2048 leds with an esp?!
-
hm, thats weird....did you connect the input from the leds? oder the output? you sure you connected clock and data right?
-
no after the pi is booted, just restart hyperion manually and post the output
edit: do you see the rainbow effect after booting the pi?
