worst case you can set the scans to 0.0000 eg
{
"index" : 89,
"hscan" : { "minimum" : 0.0000, "maximum" : 0.0000 },
"vscan" : { "minimum" : 0.0000, "maximum" : 0.0000 }
},

@Jjbull do need still help?

hdmi grabbers (legal ones) use hdcp for the signal, if you dont have a license for it, you cant use it there is no option for now...sorry
-
do you have only 1 hue light?
-
Hey,
would be nice if you could test and give feedback to us if it is better or not, if you say you have no big issues with pwm then you have a good base to evaluate
you have to use the MOSI pin on the rpi

you can shift both, you need no additional software. and the 74hct245 is a quad shiffter, you could shift 4 signals
-
this should work, friend of my use this setup too, it works flawless!
what is not working? did you tried the av cable to connect direct to your tv to check the signal?
-
the grabbers have limited fps PAL: 720 x 576 @ 25fps and NTSC: 720 x 480 @ 30fps, this could be maybe to slow...

-
had already such an idea...esp8266 with an dc jack and a "4pin-head" for the led stripes to attach, but dont know which connector to use...wont use plastic...the heat could make problems any other ideas?

Could you upload both hyperion config files please?

Thats amazing! Looks very good! Never seen such a wooden tv wall Looks realy great!
2 Suggestions: 1. change the degree from the leds more to the outside and not directly to the wall...you lose so much brightness! and second would increase your power supply to 15A and conncet from both sides
Btw i am very interessted in your home automisation, i know the standard things like enocean etc and my favorite is currently fibaro! (btw there is a fibaro hyperion app ) but never heard from Domoticz...looks nice with the integration of esp-modules...could you maybe give me some infos about that system..what you have, how to setup and integrate modules may in off-topic section
