I'm very interested in this topic. I'm using Hyperion Screen Capture via FLAT BUFFERS and it stops working with Hyperion whenever my screensaver kicks in. Win 11.

Hercules Which WLED version are you using?
There seems to be a problem with it in some versions (v0.14.1/2) which fits the behavior you see.

I am using WLED version 0.14.4. My issue is a bit different. I can turn on the LEDs with WLED and even Hyperion, I see the boot rainbow animation via DDP/UDP in WLED. All Hyperion effects work.
My issue is with Screen Capture only. Even after configuring the LED arrangement and selecting screen capture. The bias lightining remains off no matter what. I tried QT, DX, DXGI DDA and none of them work for bias lighting. I eve tried Sadaat Screen Grabber and it doesnt work.

But do you know why its not working out the box? Why do I need a secondary appication, is this how its supposed to work?Am I supposed to enable Screen Grabber in Hyperion?

Hello,
I have WLED running on ESP32 and Hyperion installed on Windows but I cannot get Screen Capture to work. I do see the rainbow at Satrtup and I have configured all my LEDs to work and also setup WLED. WLED is picking up data as "DDP" type but LEDs are off on all screen capture modes, although I do see the LED colors on screen in the preview image only.
