All other internet people - I just solved this problem, I think.
I also couldn't get the LEDs to turn ogg by looking at a green bar in the middle.
The black bar on the edge? Sure. But sometimes they would turn off during dark program material, which I didnt like.
So the green bar - I eyedroppered it - its not green, but (95, 226, 86)
So I did the math for percentages, and set my signal detection to 38%, 100%, 34%
, which the log logs as (96, 255, 86), and it works. Bingo.
