In scenes that are black, like the start of a movie/show on Netflix, all the lights are white, maybe about 50% brightness.

Additionally black bar detection isn't working for either top/bottom WS movie formats or old 4:3 formats.

Any help would be appreciated.

edit: Fixed black bar detection by bumping Threshold up to 60%. 55% wasn't enough.

edit2: Turned Backlight threshold down to 0, lights are still white on black screens.

edit3: Everything is working now. All due to Hardware brightness control, I think. Seems pretty good now at 50. Was able to turn black bar detection down to 15 and black screens are now black.

Sorry, I should have been more specific. I did that, didn't work. But just clicking on the "Matrix Layout" then back to "Classic Layout" did the trick.

I'm trying to blacklist a single LED. I miscounted, but now can't clear the wrong one. Is there a text file I can edit manually or something?

My TV sits in a corner, not flat against the wall. I'm wondering if I can put the LED strip in a V shape across the back wall instead of across the back of the TV. The front of the TV is about 34" (86 cm) from the corner. I'd put in a pair of connectors so I can disconnect the strips and move the TV away from the wall as needed. Instead of a 57" (145 cm) strip across the top, I'd have a V shape, with each side being about 42" (107 cm) long. Can Hyperion handle such a setup where the top has a very different number of LEDs from the bottom? Would this be of any benefit?
