Exception in thread "main" java.lang.UnsupportedClassVersionError: org/hyperion/hypercon/Main has been compiled by a more recent version of the Java Runtime (class file version 55.0), this version of the Java Runtime only recognizes class file versions up to 52.0

Yes I have such a setup.
I needed HDR DolbyVision LLDV support, so the only soultion for me was buying the HDFury Diva which is very expensive. With this device I get 4k HDR DolbyVision on my TV and 1080p SDR for my HDMI/AV-Converter.

I think there aren't any other devices which can handles this.

    Hi,

    ssh out: sudo systemctl stop hyperion.service 2>/dev/null; sudo /etc/init.d/hyperion stop 2>/dev/null ; sudo /sbin/initctl stop hyperion 2>/dev/null ; hyperion-v4l2 --device /dev/video0 --video-standard PAL --input 0 --width -1 --height -1 --crop-left 0 --crop-right 0 --crop-top 0 --crop-bottom 0 --size-decimator 1 --frame-decimator 2 --red-threshold 0.0 --green-threshold 0.0 --blue-threshold 0.0 --screenshot
    ssh in: hyperion-v4l2:
    ssh in: version : V1.03.5 (GitHub-66bef6b/fb413cd-1566231780
ssh in: build time: Aug 25 2019 10:39:29
ssh out: VIDIOC_S_STD ERROR 25, Inappropriate ioctl for device
    sftp getFile(./screenshot.png, java.awt.Image)

    hyperion-v4l2 --device /dev/video0 --screenshot

    hyperion-v4l2:
    version : V1.03.5 (GitHub-66bef6b/fb413cd-1566231780
    build time: Aug 25 2019 10:39:29
    V4L2GRABBER INFO: width=720 height=480
    V4L2GRABBER INFO: pixel format=YUYV
    V4L2GRABBER INFO: signal threshold set to: {0,0,0}
    V4L2GRABBER INFO: started
    V4L2GRABBER INFO: stopped

    Hi,

thanks for the great work, I am using this on my Sony AndroidTV.
In Kodi playing 1080p files everything works fine, but i cannot get it working with 4k/HDR files, the LEDs just stay off.

Also with the Sony Media Player i have the same problem.
There was a tip to turn off hardware acceleration in KODI, but this is needed for 4k/HDR files to play stutter free. When i turn it off the movies are not watchable with ~1fps but Ambilight is working.

Is it thechnically even possible to make it work with hardware acceleration on? If not i have to think of using an external player with expensive 4k/HDR splitter/downscaler.
