I recently purchased a basic Ambilight set from AliExpress but it isn't working with 4K, i guess the load is to heavy for my Xiaomi Mi TV 4S to run the Ambient light app for Android and stream 4K.
Now i am looking into the Hyperion Android grabber and a Pi, i assume this would be less consuming for my TV since the Pi will take over some of the work?
Is there some kind of start guide for people with little experience like me?
For now i assume i just need the app, a Pi with Hyperion and leds connected to the Pi, am i missing something?
I am running everything on my Android TV so i use no HDMI cables at all. The app seems to be the only solution, or is there something else i don't know about?
