    What do you use ? If Raspbian change it to OSMC , it helped me because i have same issue "Hyperion only works if I stop and start hyperion with...

    To turn on and off i used reley on 5v and rf remote ( it is not good for sd card , but now i have remote =))) 1)rpi zero...
