Confirming Hypercon bug report of Device settings not Loading

    After restarting HyperCon several times, it now seems that it loads partial configuration into the UI.
    The initial top block for Device on Hardware seems to only retain Type:. All other settings revert to default.
    Grabber/External and SSH seems to load with previous saved information.


    Tested the following to validate.
    - Cleared all current config files
    - Closed Hypercon
    - Opened Hypercon
    - Set and Saved configuration and settings files
    - Closed Hypercon
    - Opened Hypercon
    - Device block is reset except for Type: value


    So the main Device block does not load in saved values, but all other panels appear to be ok.
