I have a RPI3 B+ running LibreElec +hyperion
My video (DISH receiver) has RCA connectors out, going to a frame grabber, then to RPI
This seems to be working ok as I can grab screenshots
My led's are 2812b connected to Arduino Uno.
RPI connected to Arduino by usb.
I know the leds work because I have ran schetches on the arduino to test.
I just cannot get any lights to work in this configuration
Any help would be appreciated
