HTPC/Arduino/WS2812 help

    I am setting up a HTPC running Kodi on windows 10. I use to run Boblight with a Arduino, WS2812, power supply etc on an older system and it worked great but boblight doesn't on my new system. I was hoping to upgrade and use Hyperion with all my past equipment. Is there a way to set it up where I don't have to buy a raspberry pi? I would be happy to install all the software on my HTPC, which is fairly robust. I'm somewhat of a novice so details are greatly appreciated. Thanks for the support.

    I'm not a windows HTPC user, so no first hand experience. But I'v heard good things about THIS.


    As long as the media is DRM free, it should work great.
