[hyperiond DISPMANXGRABBER] <ERROR> Snapshot failed: -1

Hello all

I have a working Hperion NG setup and I am using a USB camera device as an input however, I keep getting the following error many times every second: [hyperiond DISPMANXGRABBER] <ERROR> Snapshot failed: -1

I have tried to remove the following parameters from my config but the issue remains:

"cropBottom": 0,
"cropLeft": 0,
"cropRight": 0,
"cropTop": 0,

"frequency_Hz": 10,
"height": 10,
"pixelDecimation": 8,

if you use hyperion ng you can deactivate the grabbers you dont need/use in the webinterface

Thank you for the response. How do I disable the grabbers from the config file? I have attempted to remove the "framegrabber" section and the issue still remains

why dont you use the webinterface and then just save it?

I used the web interface. I unticked platform capture and saved the config. The error is still displayed continuously
