Two setups both never power the LEDs, software is sending signals but no output

I was told to post a new thread and I will add some pictures and hopefully we can get down to the bottom of my issue. This build is to a T the one on this site and i have triple rewired all the clip connections. my images are too large so I will add a link

The issue is I dont get enough power from my 5v 10a to get power across and this is my third power supply so it just couldnt be that.
