    Code:
    [ 4.607950] usb 1-1.2: Manufacturer: MACROSILICON
    [ 4.615740] hid-generic 0003:534D:2109.0001: hiddev96,hidraw0: USB HID v1.10 Device [MACROSILICON] on usb-0000:01:00.0-1.2/input4

    [ 5.364832] usb 1-1.2: device descriptor read/all, error -71

    T: Bus=01 Lev=02 Prnt=02 Port=01 Cnt=01 Dev#= 3 Spd=480 MxCh= 0
    D: Ver= 2.00 Cls=ef(misc ) Sub=02 Prot=01 MxPS=64 #Cfgs= 1
    P: Vendor=534d ProdID=2109 Rev=21.00
    S: Manufacturer=MACROSILICON
    C: #Ifs= 5 Cfg#= 1 Atr=80 MxPwr=500mA
    I: If#=0x0 Alt= 0 #EPs= 0 Cls=0e(video) Sub=01 Prot=00 Driver=uvcvideo
    I: If#=0x1 Alt= 0 #EPs= 0 Cls=0e(video) Sub=02 Prot=00 Driver=uvcvideo

und bei dmesg | grep usb etwa so
    [ 2.185413] usb 1-2.2: new high-speed USB device number 3 using xhci-hcd
    [ 2.367878] hid-generic 0003:534D:2109.0001: hiddev0,hidraw0: USB HID v1.10 Device [MACROSILICON] on usb-xhci-hcd.0.auto-2.2/input4

Da kannst du nur mal versuchen
    1. PI Stromlos machen neustarten
    2. Kabel wechseln
    3. USB Port am PI wechseln
    5. Noch kein HDMI Kabel anschließen

MOSOY Video = 60 fps / USB Port Blau
    Y&H HDMI = 30 fps / USB Port Schwarz
