    For addressable LED strips 24V doesn't make any sense. A single LED chip needs only about 3V. That's why all addressable LED strips operate at 5V or maybe even a little bit less. For 24V usually 7 LEDs are in one series circuit. But then the LEDs are not addressable (only all 7).
