Another newbie question

    Hi there !


    My current hw stack:

    WS2813 led strip

    RPi4

    Somethink like this - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07XCZC6SP/ref=ask_ql_qh_dp_hza - has HDCP 2.2 and can send 4K@60hz without HDR.

    PS5 as input

    LG 4K HDR TV


    My questions are...

    1) is possible to passthrought HDR with another splitter / capture card?

    2) I found this CC https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08V93FWVN/ref=emc_b_5_i is that good alternative for splitter and grabber? Can it still send 4K@60Hz to TV with USB out to RPI ? // Opinion for Ezcap 311P ?

    3) If I would use splitter and hdmi usb grabber... A lot of hdmi splitter can send original 4K@60Hz to port 1 and port 2 will be same OR downscaled to 1080p. How to get best solution ?
    4) Is RULZ grabber good buy ?

    see schematics, 1080P goes to HDMI/AV converter > 720P (or less) goes to grabber.


    for Hyperion.NG you don't need more resolution than 720P there's even people that have only 480P or less resolution and still beautiful lights.

    i have only 640x480 pixels, see my video how it turn out. :)
