I tried to update my setup and found a HDMI pass through module that works great since it has little input delay to my pi. On the live video feed it looks identical to my old method of capturing by using an HDMI to AV converter. Now unfortunately the new method shows blacks screens as white/red LEDs.
Turning the gamma to compensate it off makes it far dimmer and cannot get colors as bright anymore. Any idea or suggestion why the change of hardware is affecting the LEDs so much?
