I found this cheap splitter on eBay. Somebody must have tried one of these. Right?

Hello!
I was recommended this HDMI splitter for 4K HDR content:
by this article: https://www.majestechs.com/ambilight-tutorial
"However, if you plan on watching 4K HDR content then you’ll likely run into issues trying to split the signal to the TV and the Raspberry Pi since HDCP prevents you from splitting 4K HDR."
Do I need to worry about HDCP? I just play my HDR content off my Jellyfin media server via a Firestick. I don't think there's any HDCP protection from Jellyfin.
If I don't need to worry about HDCP, I think I'd just go with this $10 splitter: https://www.ebay.com/itm/124693567161

Howdy!
I'd like to set up a dynamic ambient light for my 55" 4K UHD Samsung TV. I'm mainly concerned about my hardware. Does this list make sense?
- 4K 30FPS Capture card: https://www.ebay.com/itm/233847183699
- Raspberry Pi 3
- 5v RGB LEDs: https://www.ebay.com/itm/283361185505
- 5v 10amp Power supply: https://www.ebay.com/itm/274097878816?var=574195771255
Does that capture card work with Hyperion? Does it matter if it supports 10 bit/UHD color or not? Is my power supply good enough for the Pi and the LEDs?
