In all of the youtube videos that I have seen the Device Discovered has a specific product name. Mine only says "usb video: usb video". Is that a problem?
I am having issues with the setup and I am trying to eliminate possible causes.

I am not sure if this is a hardware or software issue. I have installed and configured everything and the lights never change. I have 144 lights around the TV The first 7 are white the 8th is yellow. All of the rest are off. No matter what I do from the software configure end, the lights never change.
Has anyone seen this before? What are the most likely causes?
