I thought the capture card was the issue. I didn't know the windows grabber was an option, but it sounds like that's my best bet. Thanks for the info!

Aliexpress.comwww.aliexpress.usI have a display port adapter converted to hdmi going to the capture card, then two hdmis coming out. One going to my monitor and the other going to the rpi3. My GPU only has one hdmi out which is used by my second monitor which is why I'm using the display port adapter. The capture card is powered with a usb connected to my pc. The LED strips and pi are both powered by a 10a 5v power supply.
Can you provide some more details on windows grabbers and howd Id go about testing them?

Hyperion has been working really well after setup, but I can no longer choose 144hz as my refresh rate on Windows11. The highest refresh rate listed is 72hz. I'm assuming this is happening since the capture card I'm using is using hdmi out and I was using displayport when the option was present previously. I was wondering if anyone had a solution to this whether it's a different capture card or some other option to get 144hz back?
I posted this under hardware since I figured the solution is likely capture card related.
