Bon beh c'est parfait si tout fonctionne. Pour les couleurs facile, tu as rgb dans le fichier de configuration donc si le vert et le bleu sont pas bon tu te met en rbg et ca va le faire.

Ok ton fichier a l'air bon. Tout ce qui te reste a faire c'est éditer le fichier config.txt qui se trouve sur la 1ere partition de ta carte mémoire avec Notepad par exemple après l'avoir mis dans ton ordi puis voir ce qu'il en est.

Ok alors il faut peut etre que tu joue sur les valeurs dans config.txt.

Tu peux deja l'overclock pour le mettre en mode Medium voir High. Voila ce que j'ai dans mon Pi Zero pour un mode High. Tu peux l'adapter en conséquence au niveau des freq.

Ensuite si ca ne marche pas, passe le force turbo en 1 au lieu de 0. Pour faire ces manips il faudra remettre ta carte dans ton ordi. Y'a bien un moyen de la faire directement sans passer par la mais le plus simple reste la manip sur la carte après insertion dans son ordi.

Pour ce dernier problème en fait il vaut mieux que tu passe par putty et la ligne de commande plutot que de passer par HyperCon ou tu voit pas trop ce qui se passe.

Ou sinon meme pas la peine en fait tu fait plus simple, tu redémarre le raspberry pour qu'hyperion se lance tout seul et qu'il reste en background. Si ça marche toujours pas alors il faut voir dans ton fichier de config.

Si tu peux le poster je pourrai y jeter un coup d'oeil.

Pour le coup de main, pas de soucis, c’était 3 fois rien comme tu as pu le voir On a perdu un peu de temps a cause de mon erreur d'appreciation.

J'etais partis sur une autre config ou y'avais un probleme quasi similaire mais toi c'est pas du tout la meme chose.

Nonon en fait tu as juste a faire les manips que je t'ai dit avec les cables Dupont cad :

- Dessouder le DATA en fin de bande et le ressouder sur la 1ere bande ( Tu peux dessouder le GND qui va au PI aussi mais pas la peine, qu'il soit au debut ou a la fin peu importe )
- Souder 2 nouveau 5V et GND sur la 1ere bande
- Raccorder dans ton connecteur les 2 cables 5V et GND
- Brancher le GND qui se trouve en fin de bande et le DATA de la 1ere bande sur le Pi ( Tu peux doubler le GND en rajoutant le GND en début de bande si tu veux, ca lui fera pas de mal )

Ce que tu peux faire aussi c'est laisser les soudures que tu as fait sur ta bande mais ne dessouder que le DATA que tu mettra sur le 1er troncon.

Tu devra refaire les soudures du 5V et du GND ( pas besoin du 2nd GND ) que tu mettra dans ton connecteur alim avec les 2 autres qui sont toujours présent en fin de bande ( qui correspondait a ton début ). Ca te permettra d'avoir une tension égale en début et fin de bande.

Par contre pour les angles j'aurai pris de connecteurs en L. Bref, ca va en faire des soudures. :eek:

Tu a mis ta bande à l'envers. Regarde la flèche elle va vers les fil au lieu d'aller vers les LEDs.

Ok alors tu as réussi à lancer Hyperion. Donc on est bien d'accord tu n'as aucune réaction sur ton bandeau.

Alors ce que j'aimerai savoir c'est au niveau de celui ci qu'est ce que tu as fait ?
Tu as déjà coupé tes trancons où tu as toujours un bandeau entier ?
Avec quoi tu as fait tes liaisons dans les angles ?
Est ce que tu as ou peut tester avec seulement une petite portion ?
Est ce que tu as tester aussi la connexion sur le GPIO12 ou 18 après mon intervention ?
Est ce que tu as entrer des informations Overclock dans ton fichier config.
Et enfin poster une photo du branchement si possible

Bon sinon j'ai vu ton fichier de config et il manque une virgule après le nombre de led d'ou l'erreur lors de l'exécution du Daemon.

Je vois aussi que tu passe par le profile WS281X au lieu du WS281X-SPI. Il vaut mieux que tu passe par ce dernier avec une connexion du Data sur le GPIO10.

Pas besoin des infos supplémentaires comme le GPIO utilisé, le dmanum...

Voit déjà avec ça mais je pense que ça ira.

Asked EZCOO on Amazon which HDCP version is on the downscaled port, hope it is 1.4 then we dont need a 2.2 to 1.4 converter. Would make this product just what I've always dreamed about.

Like a cheap Splitter i think HDCP will be cracked and we don't have any protection anymore, i guess. I hope i don't made a mistake but if a 20$ Splitter can do that, this awesome one can do the same.

May I ask a noob question as well here

I have not been able to setup my ambilight system but if I use it it will be Rasperry + Libreelec.

And may I ask how do you start and stop Hyperion for everytime booting Raspberry? Do we have to use Hypercon all the time to do it or is there a simple way fpr from software perspective (of course for hardware solution, we can unplug grabber and it will stop :omg:) ?

To answer at your question that depend how you install hyperion :
- With Kodi repository
- With HyperCon .

If you choose Kodi Repository Addons you will add hyperion icon into your installed addons and can do an enable/disable hyperion if you want. Note that Hyperion daemon will start each time you boot your raspberry like a service and if you want to reboot hyperion you can do it on Kodi.

If you choose HyperCon installation method ( or command line ) a script line was inserted into your autostart.sh file into /storage/.config folder. If you want to start/restart your hyperiond daemon you need to do on ssh windows :
- killall hyperiond then hyperiond /path to your config file

If you want you can use Connectbot smartphone app to add this command on a widget and do it on 1 clic. I saw an addon too to crontol this daemon on Kodi i guess. You can also take a look https://github.com/Schamper/hyperion-switcher

Edit : i forgot hyperion remote control i don't think you can stop the daemon.

If i can explain with a few words and pictures

When you want to make an ambilight system you have many ways to do that

Look this picture i made for my blog to explain the different installation with hyperion. ( many others here https://ambimod.jimdo.com/2017/05/25/tour-d-horizon-des-schémas-d-installations-ambilight-réalisable-avec-un-raspberry-ou-autre-et-hyperion/ )

You can see that i use a AVR with double HDMI out. If you have 4K, the AVR will downscale the signal to work with the HDMI2av and keep the 4K signal on the 2nd one connect to the TV.

You can find HDMI2av in 1080p or 4K@30Hz. The 2nd one can be usefull if you haven't AVR for example and 4K devices, nevermind.

This device convert source HDMI ( Numeric ) into Cinch ( Analog ) to make it working with the VideoGrabber using a Cinch connexion. This Videograbber is detect like an USB Video Capture device on MicroPC

You can found a combo HDMI2AV + VideoGrabber ( HDMI VideoGrabber ) but it only support 50/60Hz and it's not working with 24p.

Here you can see the traditional way using Switch, Splitter and HDMI2AV ( on the right )

And an Ambilight Over the Air Method ( on the Left with AVR ) using Video Screen Capture or Kodi Ambilight Addons.

If 4K source --> 4K devices needed ( Switch, Splitter or AVR to keep 4K signal on TV ) --> 4K@30HZ HDMI2AV or 4K@60Hz Downscaler + 1080p HDMI2AV --> VIdeograbber

If 1080p --> 1080p devices needed ( Switch, Splitter, HDMI2AV or AVR ) --> Videograbber

Commercial ambilight solution with Camera it's not Dreamscreen but Ambivision Pro.

If you want an Ambilight system for your TV Apps the only way to get it working at this time is to use a camera. I think that solution is not for everybody and depend on your home installation. You can go to this solution or waiting an integration in hyperion. ( a one clic capture configuration or an automatic zone area capture will be great ) . Note that when i test ambilight using a camera, turn On/Off living room lights ( spots ) change the color on the LEDs.

And i'm in the same situation but with the internal TV Tuner. My TV don't have Scart output just HDMI and i cannot use the Scart method. The camera solution can help me to do what i want to do.
