I put the frame decimation to 2 and size decimation to 4. That worked! lights are now smooth.

I've managed to make it work last light but it was quite laggy so I decided to do another fresh install of everything but now nothing happens after the rainbow swirl boot.
grabber works when using hypercon, lights also work when I change it via Hyperion app on my phone, it also changes when I change it via Hypercon.

I've finally finished installing hyperion for the second time. The first time worked well but this time the lights are very laggy and the lights changes aren't smooth like they used to be.
I've tried changing the baud rate to 1,000,000 and that didn't help. I changed the baud rate back to 460,800. Any advice would be appreciated.
I'm using a Rpi zero, arduino uno, fushicai usbtv007 grabber
