Hello. I'm installing Hyper Tizen on a Samsung TV, but I can't figure out what to do next. The Hyperion NG server is configured on Mac OS, but the TV does not see it.
I have the same thing. Were you able to resolve it?

external grabber?
I am using a basic one from amazon
Capture Recorder Nintendo Streaming Broadcasting
Ideally I would want to get rid of the external capture card and have the picture captured internally by the pi running libreelec. That is the main question of my post, Interested to see if anyone was able to set it up this way...
Are you suggesting to use splitter before the passing the signal to the capture card?
Thanks for the reply! -
Hi All!
I am looking for some suggestions as I am stuck with my project.
I am running libreelec 12.0.1 on raspberry pi 5. I was able to make hyperion to work with an external grabber but that causes the Dolby audio format to be formatted to PCM.
So I was wondering if anyone knows how to do internal screen grabbing on pi 5 with libreelec.I would highly appreciate any suggestions, thanks in advance!

Hi,
always great if someone wants to contribute in hyperion.
SInce there is no official ios app for hyperion and the one in the app store is closed source i think you can't get information there.
The creator of the android app is in this forum as well. Perhabs you can drop him a PM.If you are thinking about creating a application for hyperion.ng I am happy to help you. I can assist with questions about hyperion and the commands you have to send.
Just drop me am PM and we can look together into this. I wanted to learn something about react long time now, haha
I PMed you. -
Hello fellow hyperion users! I am a Computer Science student at a University and I was thinking of writing an application for controlling hyperion to display colors and certain animation. I am planning on writing it on React-Native so that is available on andriod and iOS. So, My question is, whether or not I can get access to the existing application source code, to investigate what commands it sends and go from there? I am doing this just as a side project to improve my skills as well as moving the hyperion further.
Best.

Hello! I am experiencing the same colour flickering problem with my LEDs, the screenshot from grabber looks awful as well. Have you found any solutions?

I think I got it all sorted out now, error was probably in the ACM0 not configured right. Gonna test it out further tomorrow. Thanks for the help @TPmodding !
I am currently having problems with my LED flickering with colours, what configurations did you make for ACM0?
