First of all thanks for taking the time to read my question, I really appreciate it.

Here it is, it's my first try and I bought all the necessary materials.

I'm having trouble with image reception, it's supposed to look like this :

The image i get is like this :

I'm receiving TV from my internet box, it goes into a HDMI 2 RCA, then to a USB Grabber plugged in my raspberry pi 3 (B+).

Can you give me some directions ?

The RCA cables were quite expensive, however the USB grabber and HDMI 2 RCA both came from aliexpress (not the cheapest one of the website either), but I wouldn't bet on it being top quality.
