could you please share how you set upp your system ive been stuck here for 2 days with no progress

pi4
libreelec
installed raspi tools
installed system tools
even installed arduino tools från libre repo
edited boot.txt SPI=ON
installed hyperion från libreelec repo and tried the hypercon install

running 60 led/ meter APA102 connected to pin 19 =MOSI pin 23=SCLK pin25= ground

and a fat 20AMP power adaptor
